Usage
The Goblin Bow provides a decent boost to Speed, which offensively can help slower characters attempting a speed-based build act faster, or drive already fast characters like the Hunter to often strike before most enemies. Defensively, the Goblin Bow also provides a small amount of Evasion.
The Goblin Bow's Snipe Shot ability is an armor-piercing attack that uses two Speed rolls, which allows its modest damage to still be effective even late into a campaign. This also minimizes the chances of the Goblin Bow breaking immediately, at a low cost of Focus.
