Description
The Hangman is the Scourge of the Gallows.
Scourge Effects
While active, players will be haunted by spirits. These spirits can be seen when attempting to attack random enemies on the map. When going to attack, there will be an additional ghost enemy that isn’t visible on the Overworld map.

Level 4 (Apprentice): 63 HP
Level 9: 147 HP
Immune to bleed, stun and shock.
Spawns with 2 enslaved souls.
Always drops the Hangman's Hood.
Abilities
A single target attack that deals MASSIVE damage (74 damage against 17 armor, and it wasn't even perfect).
