Shatter is an attack that uses a single roll. If the roll fails, not only does the attack fail, but the weapon is destroyed. Therefore, using focus or having very high stats to avoid this is recommended.
Obtainment
It is commonly found as the only attack on high-damage glass and precious stone weapons, which is a drawback to their immense power.
