The article states that "It can also be obtained by equipping the Hangman's Hood."
It cannot, therefore removed the line.
Some conjecture over whether or not Justice procs off special attacks (pierce, heavy, etc). I've removed the pertinent info for now, until it can be confirmed otherwise. As it stands, it appears as though it does trigger when using a non-normal attack, tested on the discord by another player using a pickaxe.
